International Shipping Policy:

            We offer international shipping for our products to select countries. The shipping service may be opted from Aramex, TNT, FedEx, DHL, or Shiprocket SRX based on the ZIPCode service availability. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the weight, destination, and shipping method chosen. Customers will be notified of the shipping costs before completing the order.

Shipping Time & Delivery:

        International shipments typically take 7-30 business days to reach the destination, depending on the location, customs processing times, and the selected shipping service.

       Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

    Orders placed up to 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Warranty & Damage in Transit:

       Our standard warranty policy applies to international orders. If an item is damaged in transit, please provide photos of the damaged package and product. We will assess the damage and either replace the item or issue a refund. Shipping costs for replacement may be borne by the customer, depending on location and service availability.

Customs & Duties:

          All customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. GEOES is not responsible for delays or issues related to customs clearance. If a package is held or rejected by customs, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.

Return & Refund for International Orders:

         Our return policy for international orders is similar to our domestic policy. Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. However, shipping costs for returning the product and sending a replacement may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on location. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item, and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
